Mobster main software

It is strongly recommended to get Mobster version 0.2.0 or higher. The latest version has support for almost all BAM files, while version 0.1.6 only supports BAM files produced by BWA aln or MOSAIK

Reference files

This section contains the files needed to filter known reference MEIs from the final call set. These files can be referenced in the properties file using the property REPEATMASK_FILE

• Hg38 Repeatmasker MEs (g)unzip the file before use
